INET Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust (INETREIT) has a policy to invest in real estate and movable properties in technology related to the domestic data center. The main assets that INETREIT invest for the first time, i.e. Buildings and equipments related to the operation of the INET-IDC3 phase 1 and the leasehold of SCG’s land and Internet Thailand Public Company Limited, Kaeng Khoi District, Saraburi Province.

        After investing, INETREIT bring assets to procure benefits for generate long term maximum return, the REIT Manager will establish appropriate policies and strategies for managing the REIT’s assets to generate commercial income and create the most returns to unitholders.
